The data used all comes from scientific research, has been evaluated by those affected and checked by nutrition experts.

However, Ingrid also has a very special feature: All users can document their personal tolerance of certain foods. This data is analyzed anonymously by Ingrid and made available to all other users. This means that you not only see the nutritional data on tolerance, but also the assessment of hundreds of thousands of other people affected.
